All tests of FR wires and cables are carried out in accordance with IEC 60502-1, BS 7846, BS 7211 and BS 6387 CAT CWZ in its own laboratories accredited by A2LA ISO/IEC 17025:2005.

Specification:

• Designation Type H07Z-R and H07Z-K BS 7211. Flame Retardant to IEC 60332-1 Vertical Flame Propagation Test. Products tested at internationally reputable labs, LPCB, BASEC & bsi.

Conductor:

• Soft annealed copper according to BS EN 60228, Class 2 stranded and Class 5 flexible conductor wrapped with mica tapes.

Insulation:

• Halogen free, low smoke cross-linked material (LS0H-XL) of Type EI 5 to EN 50363-5 90 °C. Colors are available upon request.

LPCB & BASEC Approvals:

• BS 6387 (CWZ) test under flame temperature 950 °C for 3 hour
• IEC 60331-21
• BS EN 50200(PH-120)

Fire Resistant Cable Types: Single & Multi core cable unarmored, Multi core cable armored, Single core cable armored, Multi core cable armored

Specification:

• Electrical low voltage cables complying with IEC 60502-1 BS 7846. Our products tested at internationally reputable labs,LPCB, BASEC & bsi. All cable are Flame Retardant to IEC 60332-3.24 Category C Flame Propagation Test, Oil esistance and Sunlight & UV Resistant. Fire resistant test as per BS 6387 (CWZ) 950 °C for 3 hour.

Conductor:

• High conductivity soft annealed copper according to BS EN 60228, Class 1, Class 2 stranded and Class 5 flexible conductor wrapped with mica tapes. Conductor can be offered with round, round compacted and sectored shape.

Insulation:

• Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) with Maximum service temperature 90ºC.

Armoring (upon request):

• Aluminum Wire Armored “AWA” for single core cable.
• Galvanized steel wire “SWA” for multi core cable.

Outer Sheathing:

• Low Smoke & Fume Zero Halogen (LS0H)
